These terms apply when you download or use Mimi Kids Learning on Apple App Store or Google Play.

The app

Mimi Kids Learning is a children’s learning play app. Free content includes the first category of each world. Premium unlocks the remaining categories and modes.

Premium plans

• Monthly — auto-renewing subscription
• Yearly — auto-renewing subscription; may include a store-configured free trial (for example 7 days)
• Lifetime — one-time non-consumable purchase

Prices are shown by the store at the time of purchase and may vary by country.

Subscriptions, trials, and cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• After a free trial, the regular plan price is charged unless you cancel in time.
• Manage or cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play account subscription settings.
• Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription by itself.

Lifetime

Lifetime unlocks the Premium features available at purchase for as long as we offer the app. It is not transferable. We may update or stop offering the app in the future.

Refunds

Payments are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must follow their refund policies and support channels.

Acceptable use

Use the app for personal, non-commercial play. Do not attempt to break purchase checks, scrape assets, or redistribute the app’s content.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is.” Learning outcomes vary by child. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.

Store terms

Your use of in-app purchases is also subject to Apple’s or Google’s terms of service and billing rules.
